Ek chamach sabzi jitna oil kadahi mai garam kare,ab usme 5ml raayi ko bhun lenge.kati hui hari mirch daalenge.250gm katey hue pyaz daalenge.halka sa bhun lene k baad gas band kar de.ab dhuley hue poha daal ke achj Tarah mila le.5min sim gas par garam kare aur hara dhaniye se sazaye..ab ye teyaar hai. Nashtey ki plate mai poha daaley ab usme bhujia,baarik Kate pyaz aur thoda sa nimbu daal Me serve made.
